Ashley was in and I asked for guidance and she not only smiled with a good wholesome attitude but walked me through each step. The kind of energy & employee you do not experience often and much needed and appreciated. I’m a local business owner whose wife washer crashed and waiting for repairs over this holiday. Service from the moment I scheduled it on the app to getting my 9 bags worth delivered back was fast! It was a next day turnaround. Abigail was very personable and friendly all while being able to collect the bags and be on her way (and drop off). The way the clothes were folded and bagged were definitely more than I expected them to be. The fact they returned a few stacks as if they came from the dry cleaners was also far more than I expected. I truly feel like royalty using them and the service! It really did exceed my expectations. My clothes are clean, smells great without being overpowering and definitely better than how I sent them off! Thank you to the entire team at F&F!

We had a problem with our washer and parts would not be in until next week. Fluff and Fold met all our needs and the ladies up front were very helpful. For a small fee I could have my cloths cleaned and folded on the same day!! Wow met my needs head on.. Thank you

I dropped my laundry off and it was ready for pickup in less than six hours. Everything came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and the shirts were hung and sleeved in plastic. The staff was very friendly, fast, and professional. Outstanding service from start to finish — I highly recommend this place

We are incredibly satisfied with our first pick up and delivery laundry service. They were efficient and our clothes arrived folded perfectly, sorted very well and packed with care. This was very, very worth the money given the amount of clothes to be washed and the time it would’ve taken to wash them at home. Also they were very professional.

Fluff and Fold is honestly one of the nicest laundromats I’ve ever been to. It’s only the second one I’ve tried, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The place is super clean, the atmosphere is great, and they even play good music while you wait. The staff is incredibly friendly too, on my first visit they were handing out free pizza and sodas, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!

This place is really nice. I love that they have so many machines and the washers and dryer’s vary in size. The place is clean and well maintained. You can purchase any supplies you forgot from staff, they have 2 vending machines for drinks and lots of table space to fold your laundry. They even can come pick up your laundry and do it for you. There’s a spot for your kids to get some energy out too which is a really nice touch. I’ll definitely come back.

This was our first time coming to Fluff and Fold laundromat and we were glad to see that it was also the nicest laundromat that we’ve been in. We had been camping for the weekend and my wife was happy to get to a laundromat and be able to wash all the dirty clothes and sleeping bags and have them dried and folded in less than two hours. We got along very well, we had never used an app to Connect to laundry machines before and although it’s fairly simple to set up, Charity, who was working that night saw that we probably needed a little help and came right over to get us all dialed in. She showed me how to pay with the app and you can monitor all the loads of laundry from your phone so you can see how much time is left for the duration of the work. The facility is perfectly clean, the machines are clean and polished and appear to be very high-quality Washers and dryers. Although we didn’t need a lot of help, Charity has worked there several years and was very experienced in overseeing the operation and came by several times to check on us and make sure everything was going OK. All the machines worked, we had no problems whatsoever, we would definitely come back again sometime. Thank you Fluff & Fold and thank you Charity for taking such good care of all the customers, I would highly recommend that your manager consider you for a raise and employee of the year! Thanks for your help!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at this laundromat! The entire place was incredibly clean, well organized, and very well maintained. You can tell they really care about keeping everything spotless and comfortable for customers. What truly made my visit stand out was the employee, Charity. She was so helpful, kind, and considerate from the moment I walked in. She answered my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and did it all with a genuine smile and positive attitude. It’s rare to find someone who treats customers with so much care and patience. Because of the cleanliness and the amazing customer service, this will definitely be my go-to laundromat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and welcoming place!

My dryer stopped spinning out of nowhere and had a load of my 3 sons clothes to dry. I came to fluff and fold on a Sunday at 9:50 pm and Charity was wonderful help as it had been a while that I was at a Laundromat. Charity explained how each washer held different amounts of clothes and different machines for heavy items like my bedding I decided to bring with me too. She was cleaning as I was doing my laundry and was very nice with offering me their laundry service as well as mentioning the app so I don’t have to bring cash to change into quarters. I mentioned to her this seemed to be more convenient to bring all my laundry so I am not spending all day washing and drying. I highly recommend and I definitely will be back when needed and I will continue to mention this business to others .
